I'm on the bench taking a break from hitting my little 155. And a personal trainer come over to me, pretty big dude. He says "hey man can you help me get this off?" "I said sure" I get off my bench and take a step to his right next to me and saw 4 plates on each side. I said "Help you with that!?"
He said "Yeah."
I look over to the dude who's my height but twice my size holding a phone recording dude. I stepped on the little platform behind the bench and asked him "how many you trying to do?" He talking bout "all I need is help getting it off"
I said "OK"
He does his little breaths counts to 3 and I lift with all my might...bar don't move an inch :yeayea:
I said " let me get the phone and have him get the bar "
He said "you can't lift it?" I said "hell naw!"
So we switch and the new spotter says" maybe you should take a break, didn't you push up" and the PT says :nah man I didn't push up on it"

Best circuit to having massive arms is pull-up,dips and push-ups.....Used to despise doing arm workout and now I'm lowkey starting to love it...I've been seeing good results. My biceps are near equal strength now and it takes me longer to get arm fatigue on back exercises. My right tricep is still noticeable smaller and weaker though and I can feel the difference on my right side when I bench.
