Happy I saw this, I'm heading to Greece on Friday and was thinking about how I could get more than cardio in...was thinking about body weight exercises, but I'm gonna bring my resistance bands instead. :salute:

Yeah I`m going to be in South Africa for a week in Oct and dont want to try to mess with a gym, granted there will be a hotel gym, but just to be safe i`m going to bring the bands. I`m going to look up some workouts, may just do regular push ups and use the bands for shoulder/bicept/back stuff, and not worry about legs since I do so much walking on vacations.

Going to spend this week away from the gym so I can focus on my nutrition. I like how a birthday of bad eating turns into a birthweekend :francis:

I waited for a min to make sure they're real and not lactic acid buildup but my quads are legit rock status now, when I walk they just pop out :ohhh:

now I need a good inner thigh workout to get this purse tighter

I really keep procrastinating but I have to start swimming again to get my upper body where I want it to be

Finally got back into things today. Had some free time before work and hit up a chest and shoulders workout. Went down a bit on the weights just to get my body back into the groove of things. Checked and hadn't been at the gym since the 18th. In fact I've been going less frequently these past two months. I guess I've been on a summer vacation. I've only gained maybe a pound or so but that's debatable since it could be water weight. My body composition still looks the same. Thought I was going to gain weight after my trip to Chicago but I guess all the walking we did must've helped offset some calories. Just gotta get my focus back and get ready for the fall season. Start to lose a few pounds to get back to normal.

Summer vacation over, we going back to work.
