Fair enough.Honestly sometimes you just got step in a and apply some pressure.
There is a guy at my gym that does these wide ranging circuits that might have 3-4 stations. Last week he was supersetting deads with the rowing machine, basically had the DL platform of and on for no real reason. I nicely asked if I could add another bar and work in. He was cool with it.
I think it's awkward though to ask to grab a pair of dumbbells from a guy. I mean, screw it, I guess I'll do it if need to.
"Mind if I hop in and do these cable tricep extensions" is a heck of a lot more reasonable and normal than "Say breh...do you really need the 30s, 35s, 40s, and 45s, right now? Cuz I kinda need those 40s...."
