Took may off from dieting and stopped counting macros. Went from 210 to 221lbs. Felt good in the gym to look bigger :lolbron:

Now im 3 days into the diet again and already at 215:wow:. Almost fukked up and bought some oreos at midnight but didnt:mjgrin:

Already know once the weekend hits and once Im around 210 dieting becomes harder for me
:sadcam:.

I wanna get to ~200 (maybe 185-190) by september.

Then do my first clean bulk to 210-220:manny:

So I moved again (9 time in 8 years) :francis:

I was checking out gyms today and one of these fukking gyms is advertising SARMS and Pro Hormones like they are protein powder or something:snoop:

Done killed my glutes today. Was a bit rusty from my break. Squats at 185, 3x10. Then calf raises with the same bar 2x15. Took the 25s off and did two more sets of squats. Then did a bit of arms. Alternating bicep curls with 30s for ten reps each arm. Mixed in with overhead triceps with a 32.5. On the last set I only did five reps each arm and did the triceps with a 50 that was nearby. Did 3x10 captain chair leg raises and finally death marches. Two sets of 15 steps with 20s and I could feel the soreness with every step. That burn. Just in the middle of cooling down on the elliptical for 20 now. :whew:

I used up all my eating for the day. Eating quality declined thru the day. For breakfast had a two egg omelette with shredded cheese mixed in, two slices of bacon, a piece of toast with some seeds on it, and a cup of coffee. Got home from the gym and had a piece of chicken breast topped with cheese and ragu sauce, with two plantains and a small portion of mixed veggies. Took a shower and came to my friends house and that's where I fukked up. :francis: They done ordered papa johns including three boxes of pizza and I had one of each, cheese, pepperoni, and Hawaiian, a single chicken wing and a piece of brownie. Drinking water of course. I'm sitting here waiting to go out for a walk to burn off these carbs. :francis:

I have mid back pain...basically along my right lat....I skipped yesterday and may likely skip today :francis:

I hyper-extended a little too much doing arnold presses.

I was planning on doing chest, back and some lunges too :francis:

Do you know any mobility/stretching exercises that I can do?

I want to deadlift tomorrow :francis:

Roll it out on the foam roller. Lay at an angle with your arm up so your lay is on the roller then roll it out every which a way

Have your girl massage it and if it's that bad ice it. Otherwise you just have to let it play out.

If you do deads, you can tell right off the bat if it will aggravate it and make the strain worse or not while you do em so obviously stop if It bothers you. If not carry on
