Bought their vanilla flavor years ago when I first started lifting. shyt tasted like battery acid. :scust:

Plus they have creatine in there under a proprietary blend, and I can't fukk with that. :hubie:
Six star will always remind me of the hodgetwins story where they had to pull over to the side of the road and vomit after drinking that shyt :mjlol:

I have mid back pain...basically along my right lat....I skipped yesterday and may likely skip today :francis:

I hyper-extended a little too much doing arnold presses.

I was planning on doing chest, back and some lunges too :francis:

Do you know any mobility/stretching exercises that I can do?

I want to deadlift tomorrow :francis:

As @Luck said, if you think it's over use then use a foam roller or a tennis ball.

I tend to use a tennis ball cuz it can hit all the nooks and crannies

Roll it out on the foam roller. Lay at an angle with your arm up so your lay is on the roller then roll it out every which a way

Have your girl massage it and if it's that bad ice it. Otherwise you just have to let it play out.

If you do deads, you can tell right off the bat if it will aggravate it and make the strain worse or not while you do em so obviously stop if It bothers you. If not carry on

Describe the pain
Like someone is taking a sharp stick and is pressing it against my lat when I do certain movements. It's not debilitating or something to keep me from lifting stuff, but its tender enough that one odd rep can have me dropping the weight in pain.

Yea them joints necessary for your back. I use it all the time.

Then like @-DMP- said, grab a tennis ball or some masssage balls ( they have more firmness and go deeper, nh ) from Amazon with your roller and you got a muscle ache / sprain starter kit

@Luck and @DMP hit most of the points. I would only add doing some light medicine ball slams before attempting a pull to see how tour lats react.

If pulling is a no-good look at doing some banded good morning to hit lower back. Those are good in general for pulling power
My gym doesn't have bands to use. I was going to skip the gym but I'm going to see how I feel today. I'll take it easy but I need to lift lol.

I need to know how the coli brolic brehs deal with bony ass clowns at the gym monopolizing machines and dumbbells.
These 3 MFers had 4 pairs of dumbbells and 2 barbells...and only one was exercising at a given time.
I swear I'm so close from smacking the fukk out of these asian dudes

Help me. I was too angry at the gym today. I don't want to feel that way.

Maybe the only solution is to get these gains so I'm using weights they would never touch.

Just one of the chain gyms.
There are no real serious gyms in the NY area unless you go to Queens/Brooklyn or way, way upstate.

90% of the gyms in tri-state area are either Planet Fitness/NYSC, etc... or Crossfit :scust:
