Cutting fries has helped me lose lately. My dad would make a frozen bag batch in the oven nearly every day and I would eat a decent portion with barbecue sauce, like about twenty or so fries. Now I just pick a few while waiting for my food to heat up and throw away the rest. I read an article earlier that fries lead to death. I'll go look for it

Yeah so I been eating less of that and even less fried foods too. Amazing how all you need to do is cut a few things here and there out or consume less and you'll get better results and health.
