True but it also depends on frequency of consumption and fitness level. People like us that are active and workout can eat fries and not have much negative damage. Those that are lazy or inactive can't afford it. It's all about if you burn off the fries. What I do thing is bad are drinks. Food may be ok but sugary drinks are definitely not good. Not only does it raise the risk of diabetes but some of these drinks be loaded with sugar. Some people just don't know why they aren't losing weight or are fat. :francis:

Man I'm in the gym right now watching two white boys quarter squatting 185. :francis:

Had this guy Friday quarter squatting 405 if that lol...he does like 5 inch bench press and micro shrugs. He's a big dude, but I've never seen this dude do full ROM for any exercise.
