Second time in my 6-7 years of going to the gym some white dude has came to me about some cuckold shyt.

My dad told me his doctor wants him to drop 20lbs. and he'll be able to get off the insulin...he's been a diabetic for the majority of my life.

Dude has asked me to spot him b4 and I've seen him in the gym with his wife he's seen me with my girl. So earlier this week he asked if I was interested in coming by his spot to check our the home gym he was constructing...I was thinking cool so maybe I can find a guy who's into the construction business to hook me up when I get into home renovating or whatever. He asks for my contact into the personal phone i later find out they share. Then starts the confession of the ulterior motives and how she's been wanting to be with a black guy. Apparently they have done this with his best friend before.Then the previous event photos she sent me... I'm trying to figure out who in the gym have they convinced to participate. I've kept the entire convo just for evidence...and no I'm not going. She do got a nice body though.

I'm lightskinned so I guess that's why I've never been asked. Plus I lift in solitude

Lower body hypertrophy session last night. 30 mins of zerchers with 315 (sets of 10). Then 30 mins of Romanian deadlifts 3 sets with 255 and 3 sets with 305. I had to lay down after zerchers

Took may off from dieting and stopped counting macros. Went from 210 to 221lbs. Felt good in the gym to look bigger

Now im 3 days into the diet again and already at 215. Almost fukked up and bought some oreos at midnight but didnt

Already know once the weekend hits and once Im around 210 dieting becomes harder for me
.

I wanna get to ~200 (maybe 185-190) by september.

Then do my first clean bulk to 210-220
