Good first day back. Focused mostly on chest and shoulders. Bench press, dumbbell bench press, seated flys, Arnold press and dumbbell shoulder press. Did a few sets of death marches and worked on the obliques and then like twenty minutes on the elliptical. Gonna hit up squats tomorrow.
Gotta set myself a weight limit goal. Scale is at 180. I gotta burn fat while not losing gains. Goal is to not go two pounds above every current weight. I've been eating healthier and less so I'm optimistic.
