What are yall doing for Cardio besides treadmill?
I usually do the resistance bike or DDP Yoga, looking for some other things to do as well
I heard the same thing recently after dropping 20 or so. I chalked it up to less winter clothing layers.in the last 3 days ive had my homegirl, the CEO of my company, and one of the cooks in the cafeteria of my workplace all remark to me that it looks like ive been putting in work at the gym and look big..my CEO said i looked like a middle linebacker lol..the funny thing im coming off a cut not a bulk..dont understand it
ive also decide to whittle down on the supplements i take for a while
so only the following for the time being
Multivitamin, 10000 IUs of Vitamin D, Triple Strength Glucosamine/Chondroitin/MSM, Fish Oil, Zinc, and Longjax MHT w/ L-Arginine
i always consider those my bare essential supplements anyways so we will see how it goes
Yeah I can't lie, that shyt the truth. I tried it once or twice and wasStairmaster. Push thru your heels, helps carve the legs up real nice in the process. Find a good show and 30-45 goes by quick as hell

I go hard Mon and Tue, rest Wed, then go thurs, fri and Sat. Rest Sunday.How you setup your work days?
