I ended May eating all of the calories June has got to be betterate like shyt for a good 2-3 weeks in may, managed not to gain anything (outside some bloat/water weight) since i kept up the workouts, but lord knows i wasn't focused, even considered quitting for a month for the mental recovery, but got my life back together and i'm back on it. fitness is just as much mental as physical. this week's goal is -3lbs.

Them plates going up too easy these days and i know ima have some knee issues in the future if i'm not careful.

I usually do the resistance bike or DDP Yoga, looking for some other things to do as well
