Some clown done it earlier and started talking reckless, told me it doesnt matter all my stuff was there, i cant leave for 1 minute and come back:what:

I was ready to throw hands the way he was acting tough, but he wasnt about it, exposed himself infront of the whole gym trying to punk me

Had a halfday at work and did chest....then did leg day with my girl that evening so I could have the Saturday free. :mjgrin:

Then I remembered my co-worker invited me to go canoeing at the lake...we did a 5 mile trail and he wanted to keep going at a good pace. :mjcry:

I legit don't see how nikkas do a 2-a-day workout unless you juicing or you on some p*ssy routine. :dwillhuh:

Yep. Dude is soft, you did the right thing by not cracking his jaw

The tough guy routine at the gym is always an indicator of a chicken tender

I'm gonna be lookin so good at 205 boaaa :wow: morning weight is 218.8 now. I'm never venturing over 215 again. I wanted so badly to be one of those 5'11" 225lb+ dudes with virtually no body fat but most are fake natties let's face it. In the back of my head I knew I was borderline chubby, but was so caught up in the numbers (the wrong ones). I was hurtin myself. Shoulda got my attention in college when girls I liked kept saying "why are you getting so big?"...if I went back as a lean, well dressed breh things would be so much better. I'm a cool well-liked breh so nobody wanted to tell me the truth I guess :mjcry:

"Bad for you" is a relative term really, all about calories in vs out and macro balance for you to lose weight.

To put it simply, you can look for "low fat" cheese or cottage cheese, but again you have to understand your caloric needs for it to even make sense.
