Been on a little break this week but still maintaining. I get plenty of cardio at work and I've been eating much better. Went to Wal-Mart the other night and avoided buying some of the usual junk I get like packages of frozen fried shrimp and chicken, as well as fiber bars and protein bars that are loaded with sugar. Trying to minimize the amount of sugar and junk food. I would also like to minimize calories but I need to find the right balance needed for survival. I'm gonna go light when I get back in there to just burn a bit of fat off. Hopefully I can get under 180 by the end of the month. I'm right there at like 181.5 so just gotta maintain thru the weekend.

I stopped lifting heavy (5-8 reps) and started doing less weight with higher reps (10-15) and man my body feels so much better. I don't stress moving up weight. I just do slow controlled reps with full range of motion and my body is still changing for the better.

I think I'm done lifting heavy and focus more on hyoertrophy and general fitness health. :blessed:
