I'll probably go back to lifting heavy and just rotating. But the last 18 months I've been
Lifting heavy and just want to give my joints and body a rest. The switch on the routine has made nice changes in my physique as well. I've gotten a lot more lean.

Say its a busy day and you have to wait for a open power rack, bar and weights, then spend 20 mins setting it up and warming up.
You step out for 20 seconds and someone steals it for something else like bench or shrugs, what would you do?
