i'd just like to say how nasty kale is :scust: i hate this shyt all dry and tough :camby:

Baby spinach...cacs overrated that shyt kale. It's just as nutritious.

Got my bloodwork done...only negative is that I'm vitamin D deficient. I got a couple of anti-weight lifting hippy nikkas I'll share that with. :mjpls:

Added some ingredients to the grocery list....bout to experiment with some homemade protein shakes. I'm getting tired of being lazy with the expensive protein powder. :takedat:
Planet fitness doesn't just have proper deadlift equipment lol. Idk when i wil be able to go back. Felt good this morning got that workout sorness but it's not overwhelming

nikka......milk + yogurt + eggs are my core source of protein.....fukk the shakes...

IDK how your stomach lasts with all that dairy daily....like 70% of blacks are lactose intolerant.:patrice:

:hubie:I put all real ingredients in my shake...I get a bit of milk, yogurt and egg whites in my recipe. Plus the fiber game from the oatmeal.

Found out my ankle mobility is shyt, so that's the problem for my squat form. Might have to switch to hack squats or something to give my knees a rest:mjcry:


I need to start asking for a spot more on bench, seems like I can bang out better reps for some reason. Last set went better than the first.

I'ma start banging out alternating sets of pullups/dips for my workout finisher, shyts feel godly and I don't think it should be any extra stress physically. :wow::ehh:

I woke up with a sharp pain on my upper right calf. I don't know if it was from too much walking the past couple of days or if I wrapped the blanket around the leg too tight while I was sleeping and cut off the circulation to my damn leg but I'm out here limping a bit when I got up. :mjcry:
