You'll never get "enough" in this gym shyt.

That's why you MUST love the process. Not the "end"

I remember starting out (relatively late) and seeing guys in gyms hit big numbers on squats/deadlifts etc and think to myself

"one day"

Then I was able to hit them and almost immediately I'm like "hmmm. .. well maybe. .. I can get one more plate on each side by next summer" and the cycle starts all over again

If you don't love the process of programming, dieting, etc this never ending gym life will drive you crazy

I do live the process. I'm like Batman about it, with time to prepare I don't see any goal I set as being out of the realm of possibility

Thanks @The ADD and @semtex ...the T Nation article mentioned cable crunches and I incorporated them into me workout last night...first time doing them and I'm in love.

Next week I do legs again and I'll incorporate ab workouts as a superset to my lifts.

I was trying to find another article on T Nation but the gist was that in order to activate though touch abdominal fat cell you need to rush blood there during the work out. Basically what you would be doing with the supersets as opposed to doing them as a stand alone.

Yeah my core was on fire...I was literally holding on to the cable station after my last rep of crunches lol. I like the idea of having an active rest in between a lift...plus doing back squats without any support whatsoever helps too.

You talking about this?

Targeted Fat Mobilization | T Nation

Knees have felt like trash since squatting heavy 3x week, going to have to dial it back and work on my technique; I'm pretty sure its due to me not getting enough depth/knees caving:francis:

Can't front, these full body workouts be having :deadmanny:, feels like my upper body lifts have been lagging though.

This is the gift and the curse

I love the process.... but I hate that I'm never satisfied. Now that I know more, I want more. It never ends. But I love it :ahh:

This. Right here.

When I first started I definitely was like "I need to get on some girls" and also my little cousins were getting taller than me so I had to show that I was still top dog :mjlol:

But honestly, the more I started lifting and researching, I got more into the lifestyle and developing habits. People notice my gains now and even I do too, but just like the :childplease: commercial, always "More". It's a never ending quest, and that's just fine with me :obama:

Story of my life, it seems like when I accomplish a goal(size / weight / lift), I fall off something heavy, because I see no real point afterwards....Then I get out shape for a few months then come right back......

In the end I loved the process more than the end goal....
