I feel like going on a late night cardio session. I must be at 190 pounds right now. I ate McDonald's on Friday night. Saturday I went to my friends house after work and his dad cooked, ate rice and black beans, meat, chicken wings, some sort of salad and pico de gallo, and served me a huge ass plate. Later we went to his sisters house and ordered wings and cheese fries from a local sports bar along with the Hennessey bottle we picked up at the liquor store. Yesterday I had lasagna for dinner. Today I went out with my friend, my boys sister, and her man and kids. She's Nicaraguan so they got Nicaraguan food to bring back. Ate a few chicken taco sticks on the ride back. Got home and ate rice, steak, plantains, and fried cheese. Then for dessert they introduced me to some dessert of theirs that's shaved ice flavored with dulce de leche, a sort of caramel thing. Was good to try but not a repeat treat. Went for a walk around their neighborhood and I'm sitting here now feeling like I had a whole thanksgiving feast. I need to go to the gym and burn some calories soon as the food goes down. :mjcry:

Got in, did some ab exercises. Went downstairs and outside to follow the hot girl that was leaving with her friend so I can holler. Said she couldn't give me her number since she was talking to someone and her friend said it was her. I'm like :hubie:I don't judge. Kept my pride and said goodbye and walked back in. Doing a half hour on the elliptical to get these calories burnt and live to fight another day. Hopefully I get everything done early enough tomorrow to come do chest and shoulders.

Been running 5 days a week for around the last 4-5 months or so.Like two weeks ago started noticing that when I got to around the 15th-18th minute or so in my 25 minute run my left foot would sort of flinch every time I pushed off and I'd get a sharp pain in the lower middle part of my foot toward the toes. Found out a breh got a stress fracture in my metatarsal :mjcry:

I get restless as fukk when I don't break a sweat for a day..now I'm grounded a couple months :sadcam:

I already got a pool membership lined up but that feeling after a nice run was :noah: combination of fatigue and success.

I need abdominal exercises to do in conjunction with this basic ass workout I'm doing today.

Back Squats: 8 Sets, (1 warm-up at 135lbs, 5 at 225lbs and 2 at 275lbs)

I'll super set with chins.

Leg Press: 6 Sets (2 at 4 plates, 2 at 5 plates, 2 at 6 plates)

Leg Curls: 6 Sets (125lbs w/ 3 second negs)

I want to do cardio, but I'm usually lightheaded at the end of this.

Do your chins with a hollow body position and your abs will be smashed for a solid two days after
