Got in, did some ab exercises. Went downstairs and outside to follow the hot girl that was leaving with her friend so I can holler. Said she couldn't give me her number since she was talking to someone and her friend said it was her. I'm like :hubie:I don't judge. Kept my pride and said goodbye and walked back in. Doing a half hour on the elliptical to get these calories burnt and live to fight another day. Hopefully I get everything done early enough tomorrow to come do chest and shoulders.
Don't be that guy. Following hoes out the gym. Unless you look like brad Pitt you going to be getting nothing but cringy akward situations.

They even made a joke out of you at your expense. Talking bout we lesbian :mjlol:

Don't have to increase weight super crazy after your newbie gains. Increase weight 5% to 10% is good for growth.

Feel like I'm back to normal from my recent heavy eating binge. Just needed a few gym sessions to burn most of it off. Let whatever fuel my body needed from it take effect and get rid of all the rest. Did chest and shoulders today, was short but effective and finished with death marches. I love those things even tho they are brutal but effective. Was only two sets of 15 steps with 17.5s but after doing chest and shoulders, that was plenty enough. I think between those and squats, I can be good with legs. Add some calf raises to keep them active and that's it. No need to be doing too much on legs. Maybe add some bis and tris that day to combine the two. I'll see on Thursday.

Never really been a coffee drinker but lately I've been drinking it and I had no idea how much it suppresses your appetite. shyt is :ohhh:
