@semtex @houston911 do we believe Anthony Joshua? He says he does mostly TRX workouts, when he does lift weights it's mostly squats, and he doesn't really fukk with bench press. :jbhmm:

He often gets criticized for being a "pumped up weight lifter" yet he only does strength & conditioning 2 times a week and it's mostly for cardio.

Boxers in general say they don't lift weights much.
He used to lift weights. As he took up boxing seriously he stopped on the upper body stuff but the gains were already there. Throwing a punch is a bench/pushup anyway so the gains never disappeared.

But also.. breh is genetically gifted from the motherland.

I had the most frustrating night of hooping tonight. Me personally, I didn't do that good. it was more one of my teammates. Just checking the ball in, he tried to do these no look passes, however when he was doing them, they were real slow, floating in the air and not on target, essentially him just turning the ball over.

one game he was guarding this goofy hong man choi kid, now if anyone else would have been guarding this kid, he probably would have gotten shut down and or not shot like he did. However, the guy on my team, was so trash, kim yung song was dropping three's on him. But one time, this scrub decides Jet LI for some reason is not a factor in the game, and jumps in front of me and starts guarding my guy :dwillhuh: I yell at " What the heck do you think you are doing? go guard your man"

We get washed that game. The next game, I'm driving to the hole for a layup, he's kinda positioned slightly to left and has his back towards me, I drive to the hole, this dude turns around and blocks my shot. Again I was like:dwillhuh: and i look at him and say " I'm on your team!" .

This dude missed 9 million easy layups he would stand by the hoop and would get boxed out easy

And by the end I just couldn't run another game with the guy


However, I did finally get my boy to cut to the hoop for a layup, after the 10th attempt and needless to say it was a success :gladbron:

Been learning about nutrition so I'm all over the place on strength gains.. considering going vegan but unsure if I'll have the energy to work out at night. I work 13 hours a day

Applied the 30 min time limit thing to my strength workout today. 415lbs for trap bar deads (low handles) as many sets of 5 as possible in 30 mins :noah: maaaaan I only got 33 reps but I bout had a heart attack. shyt ain't easy on this diet I had to lay down on the floor afterwards

New chiropractor told me my right pelvis is rotated forward which causes my tailbone pain.

That's why I can never fully extend when I run, or why I suck at ruck marching, or why whenever I do squats with weights my left lower back feels like it's breaking. My form is just naturally bad.

I also walk like Charlie Chaplin, imma have to get this shyt fixed :francis:
