I usually work out in the mornings, so I can't fukk with that skipping breakfast shyt unless it's something like fasted cardio.
a nikka can't be cordial and friendly with a bad bytch at the gym, without nikkas coming up to me asking me if thats my girl all up in my business :gucci:

Only got one workout in on my business trip...could barely sleep on the damn hotel beds. Nothing like your own bed and pre-made meals.:mjcry:

Glad I didn't do any back today. Work early tomorrow so I know I needed to keep it simple and not put much pressure on my muscles especially my back.

@semtex @houston911 do we believe Anthony Joshua? He says he does mostly TRX workouts, when he does lift weights it's mostly squats, and he doesn't really fukk with bench press. :jbhmm:

He often gets criticized for being a "pumped up weight lifter" yet he only does strength & conditioning 2 times a week and it's mostly for cardio.

Boxers in general say they don't lift weights much.
He used to lift weights. As he took up boxing seriously he stopped on the upper body stuff but the gains were already there. Throwing a punch is a bench/pushup anyway so the gains never disappeared.

But also.. breh is genetically gifted from the motherland.
