Gotta be careful with your song choices and settings

Down for my Ns by C Murder came on while I was at an "upscale" gym this morning.

I felt myself instantly looking around like

How you do that? :damn: worst nightmare
Ended up not being a big deal

I finished a set if DB rows and was bringing it back to waist level to rerack it, but I kind of let the tension go in my arm and it swung down and hit right above my dikk. Felt like I pinched something or popped some blood vessels. The pain went away after about 5 minutes luckily.

You might be surprised at how much you can DB row. I don't think people really give their full effort on them. I almost never see anyone using anything heavier than a 60 and it has me like :dwillhuh: when I see muscular, bigger guys than me throwing around that light ass weight

I'm not gonna act like my form is 100% perfect when I go triple digits, but its pretty solid for the first 6-7 reps then a bit of a struggle for the last few. And thats after doing weighted chin ups.

True.

I just try to be very careful when doing back. I sometimes tend to engage my forearms/biceps too much when cheating and I find i don't get the same activation in my back. So I'll go heavier than usual but maybe for a set or two just to squeeze out the negatives.

Everyone starts somewhere, I guess.

Been going to the gym 3-4 times a week. Def getting toned & been getting compliments. Went from 242 to 230. I'm 6'6 btw....my only problem is I can't get rid of this stomach :mjcry:

I hate running...don't mind the stairs. Any tips?
