Short but I think efficient workout, didn't want to go too hard on my back. Deadlifts at 205, three sets of five reps. Then two sets of a 15 second hold. Then three sets of 10 reps of lat pulldowns and seated row at 85 on both. Ended it 27th that death march. 16 steps both essays with 25lb dumbbells. Maybe 10 to 12 yards I'd say both ways. Standing here in the sauna trying to get myself together. :whew:

Here's some gym fukkery to add. I wash my hands and head out. I see my friend at the front desk so I go say hi since I couldn't on the way in. So I ask her about her dogs she posted on snap, a pit and American bulldog. I ask her cinco de mayo plans but she said she's working so no drinking. She had posted a snap saying it was her abuelitas birthday so I asked if she was doing anything with her. She says no that she's in North Carolina and technically that's her boyfriends grandma. I was like :ohhh:.

So you mean to tell me that she was willing to exchange numbers with me when I said we should go out drinking and she had a boyfriend? :mjlol:

Now I'm not no savage or anything and just made small talk when I would come in or leave. But imagine someone who was really trying. Can't be dating a friendly girl. Who knows who's plotting on her. :francis:

I was balling at the gym tonight

On a side note, I've been playing ball with my boy, going on 13 years now. And he still doesn't know what I want him to do.


I was checking the ball up, his man was overplaying him, I give him " the look" to cut to the basket for an easy layup. He just stands there.


His rebounding skills are atrocious

That don't sound right man....that aint brutal at all. Did you mean 30 minutes total, rather than each?

Totally ego lifted and strained the hell out of my neck. Feels like I was in car wreck.

This chick at the gym was totally there to train but I need that one.

i'm trying to take a break from touching weights for upper body stuff

thursday i did:
10x5 pull ups
10x6 dips
10x10 triceps dips
3x10 dumbbell shrugs
10x10 trx mountain climbers

friday:
20 minutes stairmaster
10x10 squats (i have to use a machine for it because my ankle is shot)
5x20 calf raises
5x30sec leg lifts
5x10 opposite leg/arm extensions from kneeling

today i think i'm gonna do
10x5-6 chin ups
10x10 trx push ups
5x10 ab roller
maybe some battle ropes

my goal is to get to 10x10 pull ups and 10x10 chin ups before going back to weights, i was getting bored. is there anything else I can do to hit biceps/triceps without using weights?

Also need a good bodyweight shoulder movement, any suggestions?
