I do this for fun :hubie:

But I was crunching the numbers awhile back that for my weight group. I'd kill it. I just don't know if comps paid enough for me to be that dedicated.
you're lifting 3x your weight with ease? That's elite levels

These Middle-Easterners who didn't step in the gym until Freshman year of College stay trying to get at these white girls. Can't hate 'em for trying though.

not quite 3, more like 2.5 and it's only for squat and deadlifts....

Max squat I've done is 455lbs I could probably do a little more with the right preparation
I've cleared deadlifts at 495 with ease a couple times for like 3-5 reps. So I know I can do more

Bench is average. I never go over 225lbs, but I could do more...

But I've crunched the numbers, saw that if I were to really compete I'd kill the comp. But that takes making every workout and staying on my diet 24/7. For me to do that, the reward would have to be substantial. And not some measly $500.

I got a 4 day conference trip next week...:francis:

This push/pull/leg routine been working for me plus I've been doing 5am workouts.

I've been having vegetarian breakfast for the past 6 months mostly....I wonder if I could slowly ween myself off of meat completely? :jbhmm:
I've been out of town since last Friday, worked out Friday morning and Saturday morning. Since then its been 5-6 hours of sleep and post 8PM buffet dinners. Basically everything I normally haven't been doing since January.

Stumbled upon this shopping at wal mart awhile back. Found it trying to switch up from the usual vegan ben and jerrys/so delicious post workout snack i've been on lately

Halo Top Ice cream..I've been sticking with the sea salt caramel and pb cup flavors. Most pints don't even hit the 400 kcal mark

Sea salt caramel

4 grms fat

12 grms fiber

56 grams of carbs

20 grams of protein

How's the vegetarian part working for you? Seen any significant changes because of it?

I do feel a bit bogged down after my lunch and dinner with meat. There are times where I loathe looking at meat. My breakfast I don't have the weird after taste. I've also been cutting sugar as well. I'm to the point where I'll have a serving size of juice or soda for dinner. My water weight and stomach bloating has ceased. In a few weeks I'm going to start journaling what I've cut out and what I've noticed in detail.

I've been thinking about doing a meatless Monday. I'm still going to assault dead animals with all my might but one day of veggies seems like a good idea for nutrients

i don't know if you enjoy cooking, but i did this for part of 2016 and it was fun trying out all these new recipes - tho some weren't healthy at all such as my black bean butternut squash enchiladas :eat:

but weren't you a vegetarian back in the SOHH days? what made you decide to eat meat (i'm assuming working out?) how was that transition? were you sick early on from eating it, did you feel bad for going back to/starting to eat meat? you eat all meat or just seafood/poultry?
