But I was crunching the numbers awhile back that for my weight group. I'd kill it. I just don't know if comps paid enough for me to be that dedicated.

I was hoping to come back from this business trip leaner............
I've been out of town since last Friday, worked out Friday morning and Saturday morning. Since then its been 5-6 hours of sleep and post 8PM buffet dinners. Basically everything I normally haven't been doing since January.I got a 4 day conference trip next week...
This push/pull/leg routine been working for me plus I've been doing 5am workouts.
I've been having vegetarian breakfast for the past 6 months mostly....I wonder if I could slowly ween myself off of meat completely?

How's the vegetarian part working for you? Seen any significant changes because of it?
I've been thinking about doing a meatless Monday. I'm still going to assault dead animals with all my might but one day of veggies seems like a good idea for nutrientsI do feel a bit bogged down after my lunch and dinner with meat. There are times where I loathe looking at meat. My breakfast I don't have the weird after taste. I've also been cutting sugar as well. I'm to the point where I'll have a serving size of juice or soda for dinner. My water weight and stomach bloating has ceased. In a few weeks I'm going to start journaling what I've cut out and what I've noticed in detail.

i don't know if you enjoy cooking, but i did this for part of 2016 and it was fun trying out all these new recipes - tho some weren't healthy at all such as my black bean butternut squash enchiladasI've been thinking about doing a meatless Monday.
