i always thought eating too close to bed time was a bad thing
Depends on how you look at it. I take the stance that ultimately those are still calories. If they are above or below your baseline intake they generally act the same.

Now you can drill way down to eating in shorter windows for better health and how eating later might impact you the next day for training of course. All of that valid but not harmful IMO.

i do 12x4 overhand wide grip pull-ups then 12x4 chin ups as a part of my bodyweight back workouts, yet I've been feeling fatigued by the time i get to my chin ups, i'm 6'1 230 which is kinda heavy but i need to figure out why this is happening :jbhmm:

my nutrition+sleep is great too :jbhmm:

48 reps of pull ups would fatigue alot of people.:yeshrug:
