Now you can drill way down to eating in shorter windows for better health and how eating later might impact you the next day for training of course. All of that valid but not harmful IMO.

Honestly I just hate going to sleep hungry. Makes me feel poor
i do 12x4 overhand wide grip pull-ups then 12x4 chin ups as a part of my bodyweight back workouts, yet I've been feeling fatigued by the time i get to my chin ups, i'm 6'1 230 which is kinda heavy but i need to figure out why this is happening
my nutrition+sleep is great too
48 reps of pull ups would fatigue alot of people.
