Was lifting weights for 2hrs today. I tried to do one more set of shoulder presses before I left, after that set my index finger started to cramp up and curl up on it's own. I had to literally yank my index finger into place and hole it there so it wouldn't curl up on it's own again. I could feel it in my tendon when I yanked it. I was ok after a minute. It felt weird though. Go Hard or Go Home I guess...:mjcry:

Muscle fatigue, limb numbess, joint pain.....thought I was over training or something then I saw the side effects of the meds I'm taking. The dates add up and everything....I'm like at 70% bc of this shyt.:pacspit:

I been craving sweets lately. I never crave sweets. I rarely eat sweets but last week I did go ham on some cookies. Maybe that activated my sugar demons

What's your usual vice?
Food wise? I don't really have one. I don't really have a need to eat anything bad. I do eat a good amount of preprocessed food for breakfast and I eat dinner "late" so dinner at 7 cause I go to work at 330 in the morning so my whole schedule is weird.
But that's about it.
