Was lifting weights for 2hrs today. I tried to do one more set of shoulder presses before I left, after that set my index finger started to cramp up and curl up on it's own. I had to literally yank my index finger into place and hole it there so it wouldn't curl up on it's own again. I could feel it in my tendon when I yanked it. I was ok after a minute. It felt weird though. Go Hard or Go Home I guess...
