brehs I just might enter some powerlifting competitions by the end of this year or compete early next year :ohhh:

I looked at some of the numbers from the results of these competitions, and realized I do half that shyt as ease at my gym.

only thing I gotta work on is bench, I never really go north of 225lbs. But I guarantee I can make up for it with squats and DL.... I'm almost positive that at my size I can hit 600+ on DL and I've worked my way up squatting 475lbs multiple times.....

Just keep in mind they have a technical way to certify a clean lift.

:heh: my form is great now....
Matter fact, I've been retraining my powercleans and barbell rows, with just the bar, since I got back, because I felt likemy form was natural or fluid enough and could be better.

I didn't mean your form was bad but they have cues and different rules people seem to struggle

Got high as shyt yesterday...ate a fukkton of food :laugh: :sadbron:

I'm still tired as fukk but definitely need to hit this insanity class to work off some of that shyt, but I can't get up from the bed :sadcam:
Decided to just go for a walk around the lake. Tried out my new preworkout - that shyt is strong :merchant: killed my appetite for the whole day as well...might find a way to sip on this throughout the day to keep me full :ld:

Did a bunch of hang clean-and-press last night, my wrist ain't happy. Do high reps of technical lifts brehs.
