What are some important form cues for bench? I notice when I press my upper back into the bench/seat it's easier

I've increased my bench several ways:
-More sets with more reps. When I do bench, I usually do 5-8 reps with a weight that's pretty heavy. My 7th or 8th rep is pretty hard to complete, but I finish it.

-I do 5 sets of those
-Drop sets are also important. Get those burn outs until failure done.

-chest fly with cables
-dumbbell press
-close grip push ups

All those exercises I'll get your bench up

Not really. I'm literally playin with that shyt breh :pachaha:

What's your wingspan and what finger do you usually place on the ring of the bar?
I switched my ring finger to index and my bicep pain went away. I got a 6'7'' wingspan. :ohhh:

Yeah he did half-reps on 225x61, but he a big nikka and made that look like 135. :hubie:

I'm not exactly sure what my wingspan is, but I have a very wide grip and it's kinda lopsided too :upsetfavre:. My grip on bench has always been weird. I usually split the bar with my middle finger and my other hand is wider than the ring on the bar.
