why are some multivitamins so damn expensive? I've seen some for $20 plus. I look at the back and they have the same vitamin-b/c zinc etc as one a day and one a day is only $8?
I've always done a 10-15 minute warmup....My warm-ups have turned into 30 minutes light workouts and I'm totally fine with that. I make sure the engine is properly warm
watching this shyt now too. I might have to get into PL in the near future.....Watching the Collegiate PL Nationals....puts things in perspective....you see nikkas in suits and belts do what you and they weight 5-10kg more....

Only problem is bench. I dont like benching because I get too boxy
Bench is my issue also.... Not sure if it's my shoulder joint issues or what, but there is pain if I go over 245-250 most of the time. But I can dip 100+lbs. and DB press heavy with no issues.
Do you mess with bands? They help with strengthening your ligaments and tendons in and around your shoulders so you can get that bench up
What you mean? Band stretching or putting bands on the bar?

Add supersets in andCombining back/pulling workouts with pressing/chest/shoulders seems to be the wave for me no more gym adhd for upper body days.
