I made the mistake of doing my least favorite workout today, arms. Had a short time window since I got called in to work and said fukk it, let me do arms. I don't know what the hell I did that my hands are sore all of a sudden. I was wearing gloves too. Maybe it was from not doing it in a while or maybe I put too much weight on my hands doing concentration curls. Not like I did much weight anyways, I think 30s. Or maybe it's just soreness from not being consistent. Hopefully it goes away by the start of the week. I did use my hands a lot at work especially when needing to type something on the calculator or keyboard. It's not severe pain but it's noticeable soreness. And the funny thing is that my arms are fine. Just felt strange to me and I thought that was the reason.
