How did it take yall to start noticing changes? About 4 months and some other people have said something but I look the same in my eyes.
Man I guess it just depends on the person honestly. I see results after like a week whether I'm cutting or bulking up lol. When I first got started, I gained like 30 pounds from May to August. If you look the same after 4 months, something is wrong with your diet/workout routine. It's good people are saying they see a change but always remember sometimes people lie to us to make us feel good. If you don't see what you wanna see in the mirror, get to work on it.

Copped some Adidas squat shoes. I have problems hitting depth since my ankle mobility sucks so I'm excited to try them out. Only cost $45 too:ehh:

I just used one for the first time. shyt is a killer. The best part is that there is no speed adjustment....the speed is controlled by the waist belt so the faster you try to climb, it tugs on the belt and speeds it up

I had already done a workout before I tried it and I ended up only lasting 2 minutes before my legs were too fried to keep going

My diet isn't what it should be and I'm a night owl so sleeping is difficult. People have been unprompted with their comments so I'd like to think they wouldn't lie for no reason :skip:
