Man I guess it just depends on the person honestly. I see results after like a week whether I'm cutting or bulking up lol. When I first got started, I gained like 30 pounds from May to August. If you look the same after 4 months, something is wrong with your diet/workout routine. It's good people are saying they see a change but always remember sometimes people lie to us to make us feel good. If you don't see what you wanna see in the mirror, get to work on it.How did it take yall to start noticing changes? About 4 months and some other people have said something but I look the same in my eyes.
