1. Did my monthly body scan, BF % down 3% only lost ~1lb lean mass, skeletal muscle stayed exactly the same, so 14 of those pounds were pure fat :leon:


2. Stuck in that weird phase of not having pants that fit, and I don't want to buy any new ones until I'm done losing
Hit my goal...15/16 pounds down for march :win:

Copped some Adidas squat shoes. I have problems hitting depth since my ankle mobility sucks so I'm excited to try them out. Only cost $45 too:ehh:
:patrice: I'm looking at some new vans for the gym online and Im not trying pay no $50. Id rather keep using my best up vans for the time being.....

I really need to take stretching and foam rolling seriously. Went for a massage yesterday and when she was working on my traps/shoulders which were so tight that I swear if it was an MMA fight I might've tapped out :damn:
