My diet isn't what it should be and I'm a night owl so sleeping is difficult. People have been unprompted with their comments so I'd like to think they wouldn't lie for no reasonMan I guess it just depends on the person honestly. I see results after like a week whether I'm cutting or bulking up lol. When I first got started, I gained like 30 pounds from May to August. If you look the same after 4 months, something is wrong with your diet/workout routine. It's good people are saying they see a change but always remember sometimes people lie to us to make us feel good. If you don't see what you wanna see in the mirror, get to work on it.
