I'm completely burnt out this week...man, I went to bed at 9pm yesterday and still sleepwalked thru my workout. Female hormones and shyt be fukking with a bytch something serious. #femalepains

I'm a snob at this point on ice cream. I would rather have "better stuff" and make it fit if I'm dieting but that's me. It works for a lot of people so I can't hate on it. Everyone can make premiums fit. That said, if you aren't in a real loss phase (not you just in general) I don't see the purpose

How did it take yall to start noticing changes? About 4 months and some other people have said something but I look the same in my eyes.

Taking weekly progress pictures will absolutely change your own opinion of your progress.

I didn't/don't do this and know exactly how you feel.

You saying I'd see the difference week to week? When I first started my father don't look in the mirror for like the first 8 to 10 weeks. I probably looked a little too much :skip:

You won't see changes daily, and not necessarily week to week.....but over time you'll definitely see changes. Bi-weekly, monthly....doesn't really matter. If other people are, unprompted, telling you they see changes, trust them.

Lowbar>>Highbar squats if you a tall breh with long femurs....been years since I've done this positioning and feels more natural. I'm fine with it targeting my posterior chain and glutes more. Rear delts are a bit sore, but damn....I had bball/cardio day and decided to do some. I added 30lbs. to my working set. :wow:
