:jbhmm:Need an effective 2x a week 5 day workout plan.


I need to work badly on my ankle/hip flexibility? I have to put plates under my heels if I go "heavy" on squats...either that or get some squat shoes.:patrice:

I was in the gym last night doing incline db bench and I heard someone scream "Light Weight":damn: like Ronnie Coleman and I looked up and the dude was squating 125:dead:.

I was like:dwillhuh:, but whatever gets you hype that's wassup:manny:

These 2 manlet cacs at my gym...bench press with the powerlifter sleeves, but only go 3 inches and grunt. Squat super wide and onto high boxes wtih 4 plates..so again short ROM. And they will overhead press to their foreheads. They really be acting like they be putting in work. :mjlol:


I hate when you do an exercises and some insecure cac will go behind you and try to upstage you in the weight...I usually zone out, but it always catches my eye when someone is doing the exact same exercise I'm doing. :heh:


I don't grunt unless it's my last HARD rep, even then I'm relatively quiet.

4 weeks completely sober, trying so hard not to drink right now. It's like a white hot flame burning stronger and brighter in the back of my mind. I'm hoping this goes away after the gym cause I'd hate to throw away all the progress I've made.

Just stay strong breh and think about the gains..try to also come up with other activities to take your mind off that

Jordan last shot 14's are such a great lifting shoe.

Been alternating between those and a pair of Nike metcons lately now that I'm cutting.

Down from 265 to 238 as of this morning. Gonna see how I look/feel at 6'7 225. Apologies in advance to anyone who has to be around me during these last 13lbs :heh:
