I need to work badly on my ankle/hip flexibility? I have to put plates under my heels if I go "heavy" on squats...either that or get some squat shoes.

4 weeks completely sober, trying so hard not to drink right now. It's like a white hot flame burning stronger and brighter in the back of my mind. I'm hoping this goes away after the gym cause I'd hate to throw away all the progress I've made.
Jordan last shot 14's are such a great lifting shoe.
Been alternating between those and a pair of Nike metcons lately now that I'm cutting.
Down from 265 to 238 as of this morning. Gonna see how I look/feel at 6'7 225. Apologies in advance to anyone who has to be around me during these last 13lbs![]()
