I really need to take stretching and foam rolling seriously. Went for a massage yesterday and when she was working on my traps/shoulders which were so tight that I swear if it was an MMA fight I might've tapped out :damn:

Its tough to not be bored stretching, so what I've taken to doing is stretching every 3rd or 4th set during my workouts. I just spend around 2 minutes stretching whatever muscled I'm working on at the time.

I actually feel that it helps me get a better pump, which is a neat added bonus. But overall it just feels good as fukk. Then, I don't have to suffer through a boring 10 minutes stretching session at the end of my workout that I will inevitably skip

Lol, how is stretching boring? Y'all men, I swear. Those 5-10 minutes to breathe stretch and relax are a godsend, cuz after that it's back to reality :francis:

Workout done, food for the week is bought, back on Low-Carb/Low Gluten starting tomorrow. Money was tight saving for this car downpayment and had to make due with the junk food I already had. Haven't felt this flabby and sick in a long time.

4 weeks completely sober, trying so hard not to drink right now. It's like a white hot flame burning stronger and brighter in the back of my mind. I'm hoping this goes away after the gym cause I'd hate to throw away all the progress I've made.
Breh I was killing 2-3 bottles of henny damn near every Sat/Sun. Since mid January I've had only 1 weekend where I drank. While I do want some henn, the weight loss in the meantime has been what has motivated me to keep it going. To be honest, I don't even miss it. I've also been avoiding bars tho because I know that shyt will go right out the window lol. Right now I've given up drinking and smoking for lent(I'm not religious but did it just to see if I could) and the change in my performance has been amazing. I can breath again.

Any of yall used one of these?

I just used one for the first time. shyt is a killer. The best part is that there is no speed adjustment....the speed is controlled by the waist belt so the faster you try to climb, it tugs on the belt and speeds it up

I had already done a workout before I tried it and I ended up only lasting 2 minutes before my legs were too fried to keep going

Just started using it last week. I don't think I've made it a minute before having to take a break. I love it tho and the best part is it's always empty since everyone seems to be scared of it.

Aint no better feeling than after a tough chest set, going over to a stability ball and laying on it with your arms outstretched and just feeling yourself expand:ahh:

Eating oatmeal and a banana is the goat pre workout.

Nothing beats clearing out your system at home, before you do some heavy squats :ahh:
It's the goat port workout for me....whey + banana + spinach + almond milk for my shake. oatmeal, ground turkey and half a grapefruit for breakfast :blessed:
