I have bigish arms, a decent chest, and a keg stomach(not a gut). I look like a lumberjack and I'm going to transition to a slim swole body type.

So it should take a month or two of hard work to look like this, right?

Lmaooo you need to be thinking in terms of years fam not months. This is a goddamn fitness model. It's his job to look good.

I need to work badly on my ankle/hip flexibility? I have to put plates under my heels if I go "heavy" on squats...either that or get some squat shoes.:patrice:
