was at work filming some stuff today, chick behind me keeps giggling. i turn around and ask her what shes giggling at. she says "nothing" so i turn back around and continue filming, she keeps giggling some more, I said girl tell me what you're laughing at, she says "you're just so buff and beefy"

I never realized how week i was until i actually went to the gym for the first time today. Threw 95lb on the bench, went all the way down shyt dropped on my fukkin neck :deadmanny:

any of y'all know how to finesse getting some shake powders? Read through the pdf @dora_da_destroyer mentioned and they has some Shakeology recipes I wanna try, but the shyt is mad expensive :sadcam:

Don't fukk with that, either whip up a meal replacement shake (protein powder + rainbow or green superfood + 1-2 tbs nut butter) or just get a quality mainstream meal replacement (not protein) shake - I recommend vega one or optimum nutrition, but there's tons. Shakeology is pure profit for beach body

Speaking of boneless skinless chicken breasts, just bought a deep fryer :lupe:

I usually have sugar in my boneless skinless thigh marinade.... if I switch to fried breast meat the macros mostly work out the same, I think. Just need a little more variety, I've been doing the baked chicken thigh thing for years
