They got me today with these full body programs. Squats, bench and Deadlift in the same session?:dwillhuh:
Ain't no way those were quality sets :dead:.

I took your advice and went 10x10x225 on squats, did 5 sets on the 45 degree leg press and 4 on the leg curl and extensions on Tuesday and I won't be able to hit legs again until next week Thursday the earliest.

10x10x225 squats hurt me more than when I was squatting 4 plates

Yeah I can't do 4, the most I've done was 315 (3 plates) but I agree.

That kind of volume still has my legs sore as hell as I type.

I don't really have a desire to get really heavy on squats tbh...my legs are big enough and I want aesthetics/a low bf %

i feel that way about chicks who look too cute at the gym. i'm sweating a red as fukk (light skin problems lol) at the gym, the fukk i look like with hair out, makeup on...nah breh. i specifically came here to get ugly
That's one thing about training early. I can't remember seeing that at my current gym. It's also on a small boutique gym..
