I try not to be too judgmental but some shyt is just too much:

Dude in the squat rack this morning is doing these quarter jump like squats for sets of five. After every set he immediately starts looking through his phone. I'm sure he was timing his rest as well but I can't figure out how people have time to engage with their phone while working out.

I have made a complete overhaul diet wise. Cut juices to a minimum and soda completely out, following a meal plan that a coli member very graciously offered me, and going to the gym a lot more now. My issue now is just getting used to the machines at the gym and what routine/regimen will target the areas I want to see results in. Like now weight loss is the goal but I don't want an unrealistic number that I know I won't reach this year, so I'm taking a gradual approach in wanting to lose the weight in the torso area
You need to cut juices out completely no at "minimum" bs

i feel that way about chicks who look too cute at the gym. i'm sweating a red as fukk (light skin problems lol) at the gym, the fukk i look like with hair out, makeup on...nah breh. i specifically came here to get ugly
