Yeah I can't do 4, the most I've done was 315 (3 plates) but I agree.

That kind of volume still has my legs sore as hell as I type.

I don't really have a desire to get really heavy on squats tbh...my legs are big enough and I want aesthetics/a low bf %

Thats why I keep my leg workouts short and sweet. Yall out here doing a million sets for what? So you can't find any pants that fit? :heh:

Right now I'm doing 32 reps twice per week, thats it. 3 sets of 8 on squat. 1 set of 8 on walking lunges.

Gains are great until we are talking about the size of your tailor bill:scusthov:

Yea that looks about right but like you said, there's always a -/+ of a couple percentage points. You'll be good in the timeframe you set for yourself with that workout 6 gays a week and eating clean.

Especially if you're just starting this cut because that's when you'll make the majority of your progress so you should be decent

It doesn't matter to me who posts in the thread or not breh, I'm just doing that log anyway for practice since I've never done one and when I archive it I can edit it anyway

I got an typical AA/football player ass so I'm stuck with bringing in 38'' waist pants and XL bball shorts regardless.:hubie:

Went to Wal-Mart and one of the the girl scouts on the way in made a comment about my ass. Literally 60% complements on my physique from women are about my ass. :wow:

Then I got some dudes at the gym with huge quads and hams and then their ass is like non-existent unlike their non-black counterparts? :why:

Then you have the small ass Asians with their big calves who mostly do ping pong or tennis....who couldn't squat the bar if needed be. :skip:

Wondering how Planet Fitness makes money. No matter what time I go, there's never more than 15 people in there at a time.

Kinda shocked there isn't one of these in here already....

I've been out the gym for like over 6 months now but I'm gonna start going again on Monday. I'm gonna start doing 3 hours of training a day, an hour of Muay Thai, BJJ, and MMA.

Stilly shooting for my blue belt and my first fight by this summer. Hopefully my knees can hold up under the stress :huhldup:
