Yeah I can't do 4, the most I've done was 315 (3 plates) but I agree.
That kind of volume still has my legs sore as hell as I type.
I don't really have a desire to get really heavy on squats tbh...my legs are big enough and I want aesthetics/a low bf %
Gotta drop these LBsThats why I keep my leg workouts short and sweet. Yall out here doing a million sets for what? So you can't find any pants that fit?
Right now I'm doing 32 reps twice per week, thats it. 3 sets of 8 on squat. 1 set of 8 on walking lunges.

That's part of it, clientele that keeps membership but hardly uses it.Wondering how Planet Fitness makes money. No matter what time I go, there's never more than 15 people in there at a time.

I've been out the gym for like over 6 months now but I'm gonna start going again on Monday. I'm gonna start doing 3 hours of training a day, an hour of Muay Thai, BJJ, and MMA.
Stilly shooting for my blue belt and my first fight by this summer. Hopefully my knees can hold up under the stress
