EXACTLY what happened to me last night. I found myself completely gassed last night doing half of what I did on legs last week (even though I've been on the stack for a month now )...I kept repping out at 225 on back squats and after each set my veins in my neck were protruding hard as hell...heart rate was on one last night. No pain or out of the ordinary dizziness but it was apparent that the lack of sleep combined with that stack caught up with me. shyt even now my neck is still a little sore around the vein.This is why I don't like stims breh. I'm sensitive AF when it comes to sleep, sleep is God
I was losing 1.5-2lb a week in my last cut with nothing but cardio + diet. I scaled my lifting waaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy back though, not on reps/weights but just # of sets.
You should have an outline of a plan at a minimumI need to learn how to start out a workout regimen. Basically map out what I'm going to work on the days I go. Or should I just focus on weight loss ?
