Between overtraining (:lolbron:) @GinaThatAintNoDamnPuppy! @The ADD last night on legs...this ECA stack killing my appetite and me not sleeping as much, I'm going home early today to crash...I'll be back to 100% tomorrow.

Going to hit shoulders/arms tomorrow, back on saturday (trying to redo my new PR of 405 x 3 on deads), and chest on sunday.

This is why I don't like stims breh. I'm sensitive AF when it comes to sleep, sleep is God

I was losing 1.5-2lb a week in my last cut with nothing but cardio + diet. I scaled my lifting waaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy back though, not on reps/weights but just # of sets.

EXACTLY what happened to me last night. I found myself completely gassed last night doing half of what I did on legs last week (even though I've been on the stack for a month now :patrice:)...I kept repping out at 225 on back squats and after each set my veins in my neck were protruding hard as hell...heart rate was on one last night. No pain or out of the ordinary dizziness but it was apparent that the lack of sleep combined with that stack caught up with me. shyt even now my neck is still a little sore around the vein.

On another note, I was already done working out for a good 15 minutes and was shooting the shyt with some friends there. A couple of them needed a spotter to bench and while I was spotting someone tried to pull my card and call me a liar about benching 225 :comeon:. I did it and he copped pleas trying to make it sound like the joke was on me for actually taking him on :rolleyes:.


Oh I'm down to 220 now...I'm going to take another month off of the stack after I finish it tomorrow.

I need to learn how to start out a workout regimen. Basically map out what I'm going to work on the days I go. Or should I just focus on weight loss ?

Well I'm trying to work on my legs and my stomach mainly.
Arms I worked on today.
Big picture, progressing on lifts either by weight or reps is going to me the main driver for weight loss, muscle building, etc. If you don't have a set of metrics to track you can lose sight of that progression or stall it.

True. Im still new to tracking everything honestly. I have no clue. I just go.:francis:
