Some of these cats will legit be Falcons mid-round draft picks in the next few years. It's crazy they've been hooping the past few weeks, but it aint my life.

Anybody ever feel sick after a grueling workout? I felt drained on Saturday and stayed in the crib Sunday but I went to the gym today. I knew I didn't have much energy but did a moderate workout. My body feels like it's on empty:sadcam:

I slept fine, ate/drank plenty. I did full body on Saturday instead of the bro splits I'm used to. I started to feel drained about 30 minutes after I left the gym. I just did 2-3 compounds each, 3 sets of 10.

It happens :manny: unless it becomes a trend I wouldn't be overly worried about it.

Yeah, I probably should have eased into it. I went heavy on chest, back, and legs. I hadn't done squats in a while so that might have been what drained me.

I might need to pick one body part to go heavy on so it's not all three in the same day.
