What's a good preworkout brehs? :feedme:

Profile wise and transparent as far as being non-proprietary mixes, I can cosign the following:
Bang
Pre-Jym
Outlift
Outlift Amped

I also fukk with Bullnox too but it's partially a proprietary mix so you gotta add some creatine & l-citrulline to it, to get it to the level of the ones I listed above. I don't fukk with any pre's with 1,3 dimeth or amp citrate so I ain't gonna list any of those, cause I wouldn't recommend them.

Would you recommend outlift amped over outliff?

it depends on how you handle heavy stimulants cause Outlift is already kinda strong caffeine wise and Amped kicks it up a notch with the teacrine and rawolcine (which is pretty much yohimbe) in addition to the caffeine in it. All things considered, I prefer Amped due to the added betaine and teacrine cause those are vastly more essential in a pre-workout than the bcaa's in the original Outlift. I've built up a decent tolerance to caffeine so if you're caffeine sensitive , I wouldn't recommend either version of Outlift.

That time of year when that "anatomical" issue you had surgically repaired on your right shoulder pops up on the left and says "surprise bytch :krs: remember me?!?!?" And you remember your surgeon saying 3 years ago "if it's anatomical and on your right then good chance it's on your left too

I really like both outlifts but it's really just personal preference cause you can't really go wrong with anyone of those I listed. Just make sure the rest of your diet is on point too cause they aren't miracle workers or steroids, just something to help optimize your performance in the gym.

Good point. If your aren't bad eating well adding supplements is a waste of money.
