Idk why they fukk with us. I clearly don't have an approachable face or demeanor if I don't know you.

I actually don't get approached a lot unless I know the person. Mainly because I'm lifting "heavy" with no heads phones and the look.

This was just odd because since it was January you could tell he was a beginner and just looked lost.

Sitting on the machine took it another notch because the two chicks in the same area are attractive. It looked like creep mode.

That time of year when that "anatomical" issue you had surgically repaired on your right shoulder pops up on the left and says "surprise bytch remember me?!?!?" And you remember your surgeon saying 3 years ago "if it's anatomical and on your right then good chance it's on your left too

Saw this dad/son combo doing bench yesterday...son clearly a noob. The dad loads 225 and proceeds to do some combination of gut-bounce and pelvic thrust on each and every rep. Whatever, he's old and fat. Then the son, again, clearly just learning how to lift, has a mere 95lbs on the bar, and proceeds to lift in the exact....same...way. Quick drop and humping the bar back to it's starting position. His dad was literally coaching him on how to time it right. I was so appalled I couldn't stop watching

I dunno wtf they're feeding these kids but I watched a pickup game after I got done lifting and I saw at least 4 dunks that should've been recorded. This is common place now

I swear I don't remember the threat of so many normal cats jumping outta the gym when I was a teen playing ball
