Just played 5-on-5 with a 65 year old dude....he was huffing and puffing, but he made it...:mjlol:

Jokes aside 46 shouldn't be an issue. I started later than most but I'm moving along and feeling pretty good. Just takes longer to get the engine warm.

Hell yeah I ain't scared of 46 because I made this shyt a habit at 17 (general fitness). I'll be 29 years deep at that point :wow: and the old man strength will be kicking in

Lee haney, kane sumabat, and robby robinson still out'chea living healthy and making gains..it can be done brehs, can't go all hercules in the gym once you get to a certain point and age. Sacrifices will have to be made...:obama:

What's your PR on deads and did you hit it raw (don't ask me how:dame:)?

BB for me was 405 with a belt and 455 on the trap bar

I don't care to go higher...the knots on the front of my tibia got me questioning why I'm bothering.

Judging by weekly weight loss (~1.5lbs/week) I was doing about 750 per day on average over my last cut

Much of that was from cardio though... I was riding 20-30 miles on my bike... at ~50kcal/mile that was giving me a cool 150-200kcal extra deficit per day. Could def not do that just with food
Yup...ECA got me probably burning an additional 150-200 as my bmr and if I only lift with no crazy burn, (like on chest or last night I did 120 dips and 70 chins for my workout) I'll do some moderate cardio for 15 on the elliptical as well. If I'm doing back, legs or a circuit though .

So brehs what's the biggest deficit y'all have consistently worked out on?
The one I'm on now...at most I'm doing 2000 but I have days where I'm going to bed at an intake of 1600 with a net 900 or so. I'm 5'11 224 down from 250 after Thanksgiving.

This fukking 5'6 fuschia t-shirt, hair-bun having wearing lil shyt was in the gym this past Saturday when I was doing my back

Its three of us in this big ass gym since I go two hours before closing at 6...I'm at the rack doing bent over rows, and using one of five (5) flat benches to complete my superset of DB rows and DB pullovers...he's talking and doing bicep curls all damn day then taking pics of himself :beli:

Finally he comes over to my bench that he saw me using while I'm by the squat rack and asks to use it:gucci:

"aaight go ahead"

he proceeds to sit down and go on his phone to edit his gym pics:hhh:

I finish my set of bent over rows and he's still there :gucci:

"excuse me I have a circuit if you're not going to start lemme finish my sets":dahell:

"I'm going to start right now bro I was just texting":hubie:

Motherfukker proceeds to do bicep fukking curls...I asked him if he couldn't do that on any of the other flat benches and he said that he just wanted to see how the one I was using felt
