Front squatted 135 for 7 reps today. Up 4 from last week's 3. I could tell from the first rep it felt easier. I was actually feeling sluggish when I got to the gym so I didn't even want to attempt it but after I did it I was happy as fukk:gladbron:. I got a burst of energy just from the excitement:pachaha:

My goal is to do my body weight (170) soon so what's the best way to get there? Should I start a 5x5 or just take my time?

Sometimes I wonder if training legs is worth it. Sore as fukk, no one cares about legs, and highest risk of injury.

just keep the exact same rep and set range and keep increasing the weight till u cant anymore. not a fan of 5x5. 6-8 reps is cool.

When I do 70%+ of my max deadlifts for 3+ reps I get lightheaded...:mjcry:

Simple issue of me not breathing right or just the result of me lifting heavy shyt? :patrice:

Weight lifting in general is kind of pointless. If you are going to do it (or anything in life), go all the way, go balls deep.
