I see that with people on the squats rack..20 mins go by before they even do a single rep. They do all there stretching in front of the rack when they could do that shyt some where else and then do their workoutSMH:
Dude puts his water bottle and towel by the leg press. Spends 5 minutes breathing heavy and looking at the machine. Spends another two going to the bathroom. Spends another 15-20 doing random sets with that and other machines.
Just engage with the machine and get the fawk out of the way.
To make it worse (I hate to be this guy), it was one plate per side. I generally respect people's weights but when you are making look like you are dying with 5 mins between sets you gotta go. If you are going to super-set get everything lined up and do the work. Are you losing weight? Could be your leverages have greatly improved.Been hitting pr's on deadlifts and squats while consuming less calories and without needing a weight belt.

Any equipment issues, I just walk up to whoever, "how many more sets you got?" If they are smaller than me they scatter like roaches
