I dont understand why don't these youtube fitness channels openly descus their steroid use?? I'm not naming any names but it's obvious in 2016 who is on the gorilla biscuits and who's not... I think it's funny how the subject is so taboo... you try to teach your young veriwers about proper diets, workout routine why not your cycle?

Because a lot of them have sponsorships from supplement companies, or are competitive bodybuilders/physique competitors/powerlifters. Admitting to steroid use would jeopardize all that.

Dude puts his water bottle and towel by the leg press. Spends 5 minutes breathing heavy and looking at the machine. Spends another two going to the bathroom. Spends another 15-20 doing random sets with that and other machines.

Just engage with the machine and get the fawk out of the way.

I admire this dude for admitting he's on dat messican creatine. Pretty obvious though. Dude is only 21 and putting up numbers that sound like bed times

I see that with people on the squats rack..20 mins go by before they even do a single rep. They do all there stretching in front of the rack when they could do that shyt some where else and then do their workout

Getting Back on the Meal Prep game, Gotta get my health back in check, I've been working out daily but threw my diet out the window so I`m super swole and flabby right now. Set my milestones for my 1 yr goal by my b day next yr.

To make it worse (I hate to be this guy), it was one plate per side. I generally respect people's weights but when you are making look like you are dying with 5 mins between sets you gotta go. If you are going to super-set get everything lined up and do the work. Don't have shyt everywhere and make it up as you go.

Shyt is tense out here man. TV's all over the gym on CNN etc showing police bs and cats giving you the :whoa: because you make incidental eye contact.
Why the fukk would they do that... every gym I go to plays music videos and ESPN.

Any equipment issues, I just walk up to whoever, "how many more sets you got? :birdman: " If they are smaller than me they scatter like roaches :pachaha:
