man i swear there must be a conspiracy against me trying to deviate from the summer cutting im doing now..and its all related to things going on at work..its damn near made my meal prep for the week obsolete :francis:

this whole week

monday - there was smoothies and ice cream being offered for the company
tuesday - an unexpected casual lunch with the coworkers on my team put together by the client so we can meet the new personal assistant; bertucci's pizza, salad, androlls...a lot of them. this was after i brought my lunch in. i had to have 2 slices of pizza and salad (and exhibit self control) instead of my healthier lunch in the fridge
wed (today) - had a meeting this morning with breakfast being served and there were leftover wraps, salad, and chicken from another meeting in the kitchen. so much leftovers :sadcam: Also the big company refrigerator broke so food had to be thrown away so no bringing in lunch for this week :francis:
thursday - the CEO is taking all employees who had june and july birthdays out to lunch to this fancy ass steakhouse nearby :to:


gotdamn though..this company needs to stop with the damn food all over the place :damn:

did legs yesterday for the first time in a while, and deadlifts are probably the hardest exercise to get back into the swing of things. Had me a little dizzy.


Dealing with doms, so i did chest/back today.


You guys think using the smith machine will help improve my bench?

Had been slacking on the pushup challenge lately as far as being consistent with the days. Had to do a reevaluation test after week 4 to see which level i would be at for week five. Highest level was if you reached 40. Came to the gym late night and said fukk it I'm ready. Had Pandora playing "pumped up kicks" and that's exactly what I was, pumped up. Got on the mat and busted out fifty. Beast mode. :banderas: had to push thru the last like five barely but i kept it going to the end. Just catching my breath before messing with a few back machines. No Deadlifts tonight. Too tired and trying to get a quick workout to burn up some calories. Pumped about that fifty tho. I'm getting to that 100 little by little. :wow:

Speaking of fukked up shoulders.... having a little RC scare I'm working around (can't do any horizontal push/pulls).... but in doing so I'm enjoying the hell out of doing more military pressing. Seems like the delts are getting more pumpkinish too. Wish I had the time to BP AND MP 2x/week... I can only fit 3 upper body/pressing days in a week though so I'm gonna try a ABA/BAB deal once I can bench again.
