Last two upper & lower sessions were a nice way to finish up my strength week.

Yesteday's lower body session
Front squats 6 x 4 - 135,145,155,165,175. Also did 185 for 3 reps.
Walking lunges 5 x 5 30 lbs, 40 lbs, 50 lbs, 60 lbs, 70 lbs
RDL's 6 x 4 125, 135, 145, 155 165, 175. Might switch to 5 x 5 for rdls next time.

This morning's upper body session
Flat Bench 6 x 4 155, 165, 175, 185, 195. Did 205 for 3 reps.
Weighted pull ups 6 x 4 BW, 5 lbs, 10 lbs, 12.5 lbs 15 lbs (3 reps), 15 lbs (2 reps)
Military press 6 x 4 75, 85, 95, 105, 115 ( 3 reps). Couldn't do 1 rep @ 125.
Underhand Barbell row 6 x 4 85, 95, 105, 115 (3 reps), 115 (2 reps), 120 (Failed to do 1 rep)
Weighted Dips 6 x 4 20 lbs, 25 lbs, 30 lbs, 35 lbs, 40 lbs, 45 lbs (3 reps)

Also gonna cut out the isolations from my upper body workouts since my left elbow has been feeling funny this week. Plus those lifts aren't worth the possible injury.

Them feels when you stall out one week, and lose 4lbs the next :mindblown:

Only 2lbs to go :wow: Then instead of making small gains losing 2lbs a week, I can make huge gains hopefully gaining like .25-.5lb/week. This cut has been :banderas: but next year I complete my final form :demonic:

I always wonder about that, if they are already in shape, why would they need a trainer?

Lat pulldowns are not an isolation movement.
Maybe not isolation but my point still stands. The general consensus amongst lifters is that pull up/chins are more effective for overall back development while lat pull downs are the easy choice for beginners who lack the strength to do chins.

If any of you all are having knee joint pains or soreness, try instaflex

When I would go up stairs my left knee was sore, I sit in the shower at night before bed to relax and trying to get back my knee was stiff and sore. This stuff has cleared that right up

For me, seriously, I was seeing reduced soreness after 3 days. I've been taking it for going on almost 2 weeks; no issues at all. I just got back from a 3 hour basketball session and I'm feeling good.

I got them at vitamin shoppe. You can also get them at gnc. Think they were cheaper @ Vitamin shoppe though

I can't tell if this is based on building muscle from going to the gym on Tuesday (back/shoulders), Wednesday(legs), and today(arms), or the fat from the two junior bacon cheeseburgers, baked potato, spicy nuggets from Wendy's and honey Chipotle chicken crispers, Texas cheese fries, and blue long island i had from chili's. But my scale isn't supposed to look like that.

Agenda for tomorrow:
Wake up
Eat breakfast
Go to the gym and spend atleast a half hour on every single different cardio machine.
Pass out on the floor mat from exhaustion.
Go home
Eat
Fall asleep
Repeat on Sunday if scale still incorrect or belly still too big.
