I can't tell if this is based on building muscle from going to the gym on Tuesday (back/shoulders), Wednesday(legs), and today(arms), or the fat from the two junior bacon cheeseburgers, baked potato, spicy nuggets from Wendy's and honey Chipotle chicken crispers, Texas cheese fries, and blue long island i had from chili's. But my scale isn't supposed to look like that.

Agenda for tomorrow:
Wake up
Eat breakfast
Go to the gym and spend atleast a half hour on every single different cardio machine.
Pass out on the floor mat from exhaustion.
Go home
Eat
Fall asleep
Repeat on Sunday if scale still incorrect or belly still too big.

I rarely crave sugar. If anything it's something with a bunch of salt like pizza or chinese :ahh:
Yeah, premium ice cream is my singular nutrition downfall.

I think it's because I restarted a 10 day cycle and haven't been over 30gs of net carbs since two Wednesday's ago.

Tomorrow I get to backload :blessed:

Managed to limit my junk food habit to just 1 monster big mac per week. No other junk food other than homemade BBQ'd burgers(yeah, with the bun...)

Main sugar sources come from real maple syrup and fruits, everything else is like 1-3g of sugar per serving

I can see the results, slowly but surely. Can feel my biceps looking RIGHT:takedat:

Yeah this trainer at my gym had bad chick after bad chick with him. But he looked like he was trying his best not to get hard lol




I fukked up at a fitness assessment yesterday for a job Im not sure I want. I can retake in a few months if I want. I was so exhausted I felt like my kidneys were going to fail. I need to work on my cardio
