I try telling yall cats, SL is the way to go if you're a busy person.

You only have to hit the gym 2-3 times a week, plus you're able to target all the major muscle groups in your body :whistle:

its not that i'm busy, its that I have no energy after school cause all I want to do is :snooze:

I'm out the city right now so I had to do my workout in my fams basement. Here was my full body routine today:

100 Pushups
100 Squats holding 25 pound dumbbell
25 lunges (each leg) hold 2 25 pound plates
25 Calf Raises hold 25 pound dumbbell
50 curls each arm 25 pound dumbbell
25 burpees
25 dips
50 sit ups
50 leg raises

3 mile run

Change your grip on side + rear shoulder raises

Instead of holding it so the dumbbells front to back, hold it so the dumbells side to side (palms down)

I had to cut 5# from my DB raises... and if you look at the line of action now, it actually acts on the side of muscle you are trying to hit, instead of the front delts for side raises and side delts for rear raises

For real, check it out next time you do shoulder raises... you won't be able to move the weight you did :damn:

I'm limited to my dumbbells this year as far as lifting in my room goes. did supersets of dumbbell high pulls with dumbbell shoulder presses to failure :ohlawd:

yes i went friday. it's a pain in the ass.

Like black jesus said, you should try getting there first thing in the morning. If you on a meal plan, you should be able to grab some breakfast (bacon and eggs, bagel, whatever) before working out. Nice little energy boost when you're feeling tired.

I'm on IF. I go on Fridays usually when it's fewer ppl there.
