I'm on IF. I go on Fridays usually when it's fewer ppl there.Like black jesus said, you should try getting there first thing in the morning. If you on a meal plan, you should be able to grab some breakfast (bacon and eggs, bagel, whatever) before working out. Nice little energy boost when you're feeling tired.
