I am a cardio in the morning, lifting at night kind of bray... I just don't have the juice or brain capacity for lifting in the morning. Cardio, you just go go go

The only thing is my energy for the rest of the day is :whoo::ohlawd:. I might have to wake up earlier but going to sleep at 8pm?:mjpls:

Thats how it is for me with cardio. Do what works.... for you :manny:

I would do cardio in the morning to get energy going, and do lifting at night once your energy is up and your mind/body are awake

How long you working out for?

That's my best time to work out. I go at 4:30 and go in :lift:



Normally workout no more than 1 hour 15 minutes usually. I can tell my body is on some some :beli:. Seems much harder to increase weight. Maybe my body's just not used to it yet.

Any ideas? Clif bars seem a bit high in carbs but i need to eat stuff where i can count the calories.

What kinda diet are you going for? or are you just trying to be calorie conscious for 30 days? why did you pick 1600 cals? what are you doing? :leon:
