Nothing but clif bars, water, apples, carrots and iso protien, eating every 3-4 hours.

Man, ever since I started taking this Syntha6 I've been fartin' like a muhfukka. Is it because I take it with more milk than water?

Any ideas? Clif bars seem a bit high in carbs but i need to eat stuff where i can count the calories.
