Thats how it is for me with cardio. Do what works.... for you :manny:

I would do cardio in the morning to get energy going, and do lifting at night once your energy is up and your mind/body are awake

How long you working out for?

That's my best time to work out. I go at 4:30 and go in :lift:



Normally workout no more than 1 hour 15 minutes usually. I can tell my body is on some some :beli:. Seems much harder to increase weight. Maybe my body's just not used to it yet.

Any ideas? Clif bars seem a bit high in carbs but i need to eat stuff where i can count the calories.

What kinda diet are you going for? or are you just trying to be calorie conscious for 30 days? why did you pick 1600 cals? what are you doing? :leon:

Just trying to do a reduced calorie diet for weight loss. I am extremely endomorphic and cutting is near impossible for me. I have finally come to the conclusion that sugar/bad carbs are death to me and I need to cut them out.

After the 30 days I will probably follow the Atkins diet.
